Transviolet’s ‘Girls Your Age‘ got a huge boost last year when Katy Perry made it her song of the day, and pointed it out to her fans. Last week, Transviolet performed ‘Girls Your Age‘ on The Late Late Show with James Corden and their performance was amazing, with lead singer Sarah McTaggart so mesmerizing it was impossible to look away.
Transviolet are a relatively new band, or at least new to the national scene. They are based in L.A., currently working on their debut album and have recently been on the road opening for Mikky Ekko.
With their unique sound, though, and the way their music grabs you, I’d say they’re likely to be hitting it very big when their album releases sometime in early 2016.
