What are the dates for Sting’s 2020 Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace’s?

Dates for Sting’s 2020 Las Vegas residency are in May through September next year

In recent years, there have been massively popular Las Vegas residencies from the likes of Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Deadmaus, Elton John and Mariah Carey.

This week, British singer songwriter Sting announced his 2020 Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace’s The Colosseum. The former Police frontman will perform 16 what he is calling ‘My Songs‘ shows.

‘My Songs‘ so-called as that is the title of the iconic 67-year-old singer’s upcoming new album, which is due to be released on May 24th.

The album will be his 14th studio album, and will comprise 15 of Sting’s most famous songs.

Some have been re-recorded with completely new approaches, while others have been re-mixed. The first track from the album, a re-mixed version of his 1999 release ‘Brand New Day‘ came out in December last year.

Other songs on the album include classics like ‘Fields of Gold’, ‘Walking on the Moon’, ‘Roxanne‘ and ‘Every Breath You Take‘.

These tracks, along with others from the album will, of course, be the songs Sting performs during his 2020 Las Vegas residency.

General tickets for his Caesar’s Palace residency go on sale on Friday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m. PT.

Members of Sting’s fan club will get early access ticket sales starting on April 25th and, as Citi is the official credit card for’My Songs‘, Citi cardmembers’ will get their own pre-sale kicking off on April 29th.

Surprising to me, someone who is getting used to Europe’s outrageously expensive ticket prices, prices for Sting’s residency shows are actually quite reasonable, with general ticket prices starting at only $59.

The dates for Sting’s 2020 Las Vegas residency are as follows:

May, 2020: 22, 23, 27, 29, 30
June, 2020: 3, 5, 6
Aug, 2020: 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29
Sept, 2020: 2
