What is the weirdest thing a Niall Horan fan has thrown at him on stage?

You know what it is like when a performer gets up on stage in front of an audience of screaming fans. At some point during the concert, things will start to be thrown at the artist.

Most of the time not in a negative way, but in a positive one as people who adore the singer throw things they have brought to the concert as gifts for them. In the excitement of the moment, of course, it rarely seems to cross the minds of these people that chucking things at an artist as he or she is performing could seriously hurt or injure them.

And, of course, there is always that weird fan who throws something you wouldn’t think they would chuck, as former One Directioner, Niall Horan, attested to when he spoke to Sounds Like Friday Night in Berlin recently.

“What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever been thrown at you?” Dotty, presenter of SLFN, asked Horan.

“Oh, I’ve had everything over the years,” said Niall Horan.

“What’s the worst thing that’s hit you and hurt?” Dotty asked.

“An iPhone. Falling pieces of fruit, which hurt when they’re coming at speed”.

“An iPhone,” an astonished Dotty queried. “Did you make some long distance calls, though? You should have.|

He laughed at the thought of that, and probably now wished he had.

Niall Horan is currently on hisĀ Flicker World Tour, which kicked off in early March.

In the next few months, the tour will take him to Zurich, my neck of the woods Vienna, Bologna, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon, then on to New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

TheĀ Flicker World Tour will then hit South America, and end up in the United States in the Fall. Yep, Niall Horan has a busy schedule for the rest of the year.
