Whitney Makes Television Debut on ‘Stephen Colbert’ with ‘Golden Days’
Chicago-based American indie rock band Whitney made their television debut on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert‘ last night, where they performed their latest single ‘Golden Days‘.
The band released their debut album Light Upon The Lake in mid-2016 to almost universal acclaim from critics, and then headed off on a successful European tour to promote the album.
‘Golden Days‘ is the second single from Light Upon The Lake. Watch the band perform it live on ‘Stephen Colbert‘ in the video below.
For me, I’m not a fan of falsettos, so they are not really my cup of tea, but they are very very good at what they do so they may well be yours.
Edit: Sadly, Stephen Colbert has deleted the music video from his YouTube channel just like he does with everything else. So I’m substituting a similarly nice live performance from JBTV.
