Watch Zara Larsson cover Khalid and Normani’s ‘Love Lies‘
Swedish pop singer Zara Larsson was back in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge this week where she sang a gorgeous cover of Khalid and Normani’s ‘Love Lies‘, and then talked to Greg James about her music.
And yes, the instrument mix for the song was too loud, but Larsson still nailed it.
While in the Live Lounge, Larsson also sang her latest single ‘Ruin My Life’ — the lead single from her upcoming third studio album.
The song itself needs more emotion, as it is more than just a bit dead and quite repetitive — although Zara Larsson’s stunning voice was definitely powerful and on point here.
Let’s just say, hopefully the rest of her new album has better tracks to look forward to, as this one so far is a bit of a disappointment.
