As a massive fan of Korean actress Kim So Yeon since her performances in The Penthouse and Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938, I have gotta say I am always happy any time any new promotional material is released for her upcoming projects.

In an era when even talking about sex was taboo, let alone selling sex toys that help couples have a more fulfilling sex life.
And a new A Virtuous Business poster that shows just how good Kim So Yeon is at her job, as she politely and modestly offers an adult toy on a silver platter to her would-be customers.
Kim So Yeon plays Han Jeong Suk in A Virtuous Business (formerly known as Quiet Sales). A woman who realizes she needs to earn money after her family is too poor to be able to afford a new school bag for her son.
Selling adult products pays much better than many other jobs in 1990s South Korea, while Jeong Suk soon finds she also has a talent for marketing and sales.
Alongside Kim So Yeon, a truly superb main cast has also been created with Kim Sun Young (Her Private Life and Crash Course in Romance), Kim Sung Ryung (Are You Human Too? and Love to Hate You), Lee Se Hee (Bad Prosecutor and Young Lady and Gentleman) and Yeon Woo Jin (Daily Dose of Sunshine and Nothing Uncovered) also starring.
A Virtuous Business will premiere on JTBC in October, with no word yet on where it will stream internationally.
