Listen to DYAN’s ‘The Push’ from Shadowhunters — Season 3, Ep. 20, “City of Glass”

Los-Angeles based indie folk pop trio DYAN’s ‘The Push‘ was featured on the season finale of the supernatural drama series Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments on Monday night — Season 3, Episode 20, “City of Glass“.

The gorgeous song was played as Maia is on the beach, and she learns the truth about Jordan’s health.

DYAN’s ‘The Push‘ also seems to be a draw for music supervisors of other supernatural themed TV series, as it was also featured on another supernatural drama — Light as a Feather — last year.

The track is from DYAN’s debut album ‘Looking For Knives’, which was released in September, 2016.

DYAN is lead vocalist, guitarist and synth musician Alexis Marsh, guitarist, bassist, cellist and synth musician Samuel Jones, and drummer, percussionist and pianist Dan Dorff Jr.

The trio’s songs are written by lead singer Alexis Marsh.

Listen to DYAN’s ‘The Push‘ from Shadowhunters in their beautifully filmed video below and, as they tell you, play it in full-screen so you get the full effect of those stunning, desolate vistas.

You can listen to their 12-track debut album Looking for Knives in the Spotify widget below that, and buy the album in digital, on CD and on vinyl on Bandcamp.
