Ed Sheeran’s Madame Tussauds wax figure gets unveiled in New York
Last month it was Austrian superstar Conchita Wurst who unveiled a wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Vienna. This month, it’s British singer Ed Sheeran who just unveiled his wax figure likeness at Madame Tussauds in New York.
Ed Sheeran’s wax figure too is lifelike. In fact, it’s one of the most lifelike I’ve seen, with the red-haired Sheeran captured almost perfectly in wax right down to his “lazy eye”, according to the singer himself.
At the unveiling, Sheeran, of course, posed for selfies with the figure, which demanded 250 measurements and exact color matches for his skin, hair, eyes and tattoos before the work on it could even begin.
Funnily too, Ed Sheeran’s wax figure is even dressed in his clothes, right down to the socks its wearing.
Check out Ed Sheeran unveiling his Madame Tussauds wax figure in the video below. Doesn’t he look absolutely delighted with it?
