Florence and the Machine Sing ‘What Kind of Man’ Live on Jools Holland (Video)

British indie band Florence and the Machine was on Later…with Jules Holland on Tuesday night where they gave just gorgeous performances of their latest singles ‘What Kind of Man‘ and ‘Ship to Wreck’.

And if you are wondering why Florence was seated during both performances, she broke her ankle while killing it on stage at Coachella a couple of weeks ago, so bopping around is sadly forbidden right now.

It certainly didn’t impact her performances here on Jools Holland though as, even sitting down, her voice was superb – clear, lilting and lovely.

Both songs the band sang are from Florence and the Machine’s third studio album How Big How Blue How Beautiful, which is due to be released on June 1st in the United Kingdom and June 2nd everywhere else.

That album is looking as though it is going to be superb if the already released tracks St. Jude, What Kind of Man, and Ship to Wreck are anything to go by.

Watch these two sung live below. Lovely eh?

Update: If you would like to see more of Florence and the Machine live, they also recently gave a live performance of Ship to Wreck on The Graham Norton Show in the UK that is a must watch.

Florence especially was quite nervous, considering she had not appeared on the hit talk show before.
