The ratings for the ongoing South Korean drama Hide, Episode 6 were on their way back up last night after the Korean thriller finished its first half and is now heading into its second (man, the first half of this excellent 12-episode show went fast since the K-drama premiered on March 23rd, didn’t it?)
According to the nationwide ratings via Nielsen Korea, Hide, Episode 6 earned 4.95 percent, which is a nice increase from its previous episode’s viewership of 4.46 percent.
That episode saw a fall in ratings, but still ended up as its most-watched Saturday episode yet.
The JTBC drama performed even better in Seoul last night, where it grabbed 5.59 percent of the audience share — up from Episode 5’s 5.31 percent.
The Korean drama heads into the second half of its 12-episode run next week.
Let’s see how its slightly erratic ratings perform then, eh?
Hide is directed by Kim Dong Hwi (The Tale of Nokdu), and written by Yoo Bo Ra (Reflection of You).
The South Korean drama stars Lee Bo Young, Lee Moo Saeng, Lee Chung Ah, and Lee Min Jae, and airs every Sunday and Monday evening on JTBC, with Coupang Play streaming it for its subscribers.
For international K-drama fans, Viki is currently streaming the K-drama outside South Korea.
