With the ratings for the Korean drama Hide see-sawing a little bit over the last few episodes, it’s nice to see the Hide, Episode 8 ratings head back up last night to the drama’s third highest so far.

According to Nielsen Korea, the nationwide rating for Hide, Episode 8 was 4.70 percent, which is a half percent increase from the K-drama’s previous episode’s viewership of 4.27 percent.

The ratings for the Korean drama in Seoul were even better on Sunday night, grabbing 5.19 percent of the audience share, which is up from Episode 7’s 4.83 percent.

It was also #1 in its time slot on cable TV in both regions.

With four episodes of the crime drama still left to air then, and with ratings heading back up, there is also a decent chance Hide will continue to experience a ratings climb, and even surpass its highest ever viewership of 5.97/6.60 percent for Episode 4.

Fingers crossed.

Hide stars the main cast of Lee Bo Young, Lee Moo Saeng, Lee ChungAh, and Lee Min Jae.

The Korean drama airs every Saturday and Sunday evening on JTBC in the late-night spot of  22:30 (KST), with Viki streaming it for their international subscribers.

Over there, by the way, Hide is still earning a very high 9.3 out of 10 ratings, so it appears international viewers are still loving it.
