Korean historical drama Korea-Khitan War, Episode 13 returned to KBS2 last night after a one-night break to a slight fall in ratings.
That is to be expected as, when a drama’s schedule is interrupted (this time due to the 2023 KBS Entertainment Awards on Saturday night), it often takes it an episode or two to get back on the same ratings ladder.
Episode 13, however, still earned a very high rating with a 9.2 percent share of the audience, only slightly down from its previous episode’s 9.6 percent.
That rating also placed it in the #3 spot for the most-watched TV show on Korean TV on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Korea-Khitan War also made it onto the Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the most buzzworthy TV dramas, hitting the #3 spot.
The drama was only beaten out by My Demon at #1 and The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract at #2.
Rankings for the list are calculated by looking at social media posts, vlogs, blogs, website articles and news articles.
Korea-Khitan War, also known as Goryeo-Khitan War, stars Kim Dong Jun, Choi Soo Jong, and Ji Seung Hyun.
The next episode of the 32-episode drama series is scheduled to air on KBS2 on December 30th, with Viki streaming it for international viewers on the same day.
