Lee Joo Bin starring with Lee Dong Wook, Lee Kwang Soo in Divorce Insurance?

South Korean actress Lee Joo Bin was such a big hit in her recent performance in Queen of Tears, her name is now constantly coming up as a possible star of other dramas.

On that score, I have to say I’m thrilled, as I have been a fan of hers for a long time.

In line with that, Lee Joo Bin is now being mentioned by Korean news media this week as a possible star of the upcoming tvN drama Divorce Insurance, alongside Lee Kwang Soo (whose possible involvement with the project hit the news yesterday), and Tale of the Nine-Tailed star Lee Dong Wook.

In response to the news stories, her agency, ANDMARQ, commented that she had been offered a role in the new tvN drama and was currently reviewing the offer.

Lee Joo Bin’s acting career

Lee Joo Bin, of course, was quite well known before she starred in Queen of Tears with Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won.

The 34-year-old actress had already had main roles in K-dramas like Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area, She Would Never Know and Ga Doo Ri’s Sushi Restaurant.

Earlier this year, she also had a supporting role in the massive hit movie The Roundup: Punishment, and also stars in the 2024 drama/film Tarot.

We will keep you posted here on Leo Sigh when more details are released about Lee Joo Bin’s involvement in Divorce Insurance but, if she accepts the role, let’s just say this could be a very interesting trio, right?

Meanwhile, you can watch one of her latest (superb) performances as Cheon Da Hye in Queen of Tears via Netflix.
