British singer songwriter FKA Twigs’ ‘Two Weeks‘ was licensed for play on the new HBO Max/BBC psychological drama The Girl Before this week — The Girl Before, Season 1, Episode 1.
The song was heard on the soundtrack of the episode as Jane is in the living room dancing.
It continues playing as she decides to call Edward.
FKA Twigs’ ‘Two Weeks‘ is from the singer’s debut studio album LP1, which came out in late 2014 via the Young Turks label.
The track was released as the album’s lead single, and received international critical acclaim, as well as being licensed for use on various hit TV shows, including Power.
‘Two Weeks‘ also arrived with an official music video featuring Twigs as a huge goddess surrounded by people dancing. Interestingly, the singer also plays all the dancers.
The video was so popular for the British artist, it quickly earned her more than 21 million views and climbing.
Listen to FKA Twigs’ ‘Two Weeks‘ as heard on The Girl Before in that music video, and on Twigs’ debut album LP1.
The 4-part thriller The Girl Before is based on a novel by J.P. Delaney, and is currently streaming via HBO Max and on BBC One.
