Listen to Mark Lanegan and Isobel Campbell’s ‘Come On Over’ from Bad Sisters, Season 1, Ep. 4

Mark Lanegan and Isobel Campbell’s ‘Come On Over (Turn Me On)‘ was featured on the new episode of Bad Sisters last night — Bad Sisters, Season 1, Episode 4, “Baby Becka”.

The song was played on the episode as Becka is in Mark’s office waiting for him.

Mark Lanegan and Isobel Campbell’s ‘Come On Over (Turn Me On)‘ is one of several collaborations Lanegan recorded with Belle & Sebastian singer Isobel Campbell.

Collaborations that began in 2004 with the release of the pair’s Time is Just the Same EP.

Then followed with the release of the pair’s first studio album together — Ballad of the Broken Seas — in 2006.

Two years later, the Lanegan and Campbell colab, and second studio album, Sunday at Devil Dirt came out in May, 2008.

That album included Mark Lanegan and Isobel Campbell’s ‘Come On Over (Turn Me On)‘, a slow, growly track that is quite erotic in its sound.

The pair performed the track live together several times, including a lovely performance that was videotaped for Sleepover Shows, which you can see below.
