Last night’s Taxi Driver 2, Episode 8 ratings were released by Nielsen Korea earlier today with the revenge drama showing a huge jump in audience numbers from its previous audience on Friday night.
The Taxi Driver 2, Episode 8 ratings showed a 16 percent audience share nationwide, and an even higher 17 percent in Seoul.
Both ratings placed the drama in second place in its time slot.
Not bad for a Saturday night in one of the most coveted time slots.
That means Episode 8 of the drama — titled “I Have To Show That I Am a Weak Human Being” — gained a 3 percent higher audience than its previous episode nationwide, and a 3.3 percent increase in the nation’s capital.
Not surprisingly really, though, now that Taxi Driver 2 has gone beyond its previously postponed episodes, and is back on a regular schedule.
With Episode 8, Taxi Driver 2 is now mid-way through its season with eight more episodes yet to go before its season finale on April 15th.
Taxi Driver 2 airs on SBS in Korea on Friday and Saturday nights at 22:00 (KST).
Audiences outside Korea can catch it via Viki in most regions.
The drama’s next episode will air on March 24th, 2023.
