After a substantial drop in ratings for its second episode last week, The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection, Episode 3 ratings headed back up last night in South Korea.
While still lower than the K-drama’s first episode’s ratings on March 29th (4.4 percent), The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection, Episode 3 grabbed a nationwide rating of 3.8 percent.
A decent increase from its previous episode’s lowest rating yet of 3.2 percent — a rating that was so low, it was lower than any the drama received in its entire first season.
In Seoul, the Korean crime/revenge drama performed even better, earning 4.5 percent of the audience share, which is only half a percentage point down from its all-time high rating of 5.0 percent for Episode 1.
The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection stars the excellent ensemble cast of Um Ki Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Lee Joon, Lee Y Bi, Shin Eun Kyung, Yoon Jong Hoon, Jo Yoon Hee, and Jo Jae Yoon.
The Korean drama airs every Friday and Saturday evening at at 22:00 (KST) on SBS in South Korea, with Viki streaming it for its international subscribers.
