Wonderful World Episode 2 ratings rise suggesting drama could be a hit

The new MBC drama Wonderful World, Episode 2 aired earlier tonight in South Korea, and saw a pretty nice rise in its ratings.

A rise that suggests the Korean drama is well on its way to being a hit series by the time it ends if this continues.

Those ratings were 6.1 percent nationwide, which is an increase of almost 1.0 percent from its first episode‘s 5.3 percent last night.

In Seoul, the mystery revenge drama earned a similar increase, jumping from Episode 1’s rating of 5.4 percent to tonight’s rating of 6.1 percent.

Comments on various online forums are also overwhelmingly positive about the first two episodes of the drama, with fans complimenting both the chemistry between the two leads — Kim Nam Joo and Cha Eun Woo — and the plot.

Wonderful World stars Kim Nam Joo, Cha Eun Woo, Kim Kang Woo, and Im Se Mi.

The K-drama’s next episode will air/stream next Friday, March 8th at 21:50 (KST), with Disney Plus streaming it in some international regions.
