The hit Korean post-apocalyptic action adventure film Badland Hunters is #1 on the Netflix Top 10 Non-English Movies chart for the third week.
The film debuted in the #1 spot during the week of January 22nd to 28th, and has not left the top place since then.
For the streaming service’s latest period — February 5th to February 11th — Badland Hunters earned 6.1 million views, for a total of 11.1 million hours watched worldwide.
The latest data also means, since Badland Hunters premiered on Netflix, the Korean film has been viewed more than 38.5 million times for a total of more than 70 million hours.
Badland Hunters stars Ma Dong Seok, Lee Hee Joon, Lee Jun Young, and Roh Jeong Eui, and is a somewhat sequel to the equally popular film Concrete Utopia, as it takes place in the same world and around the same time period.
Meanwhile, to help prove just how successful the Heo Myung Haeng-directed film has been, its star Ma Dong Seok is also in the #1 spot in the Movie Star Brand Reputation Rankings this month.
