News media in South Korea is reporting the upcoming Korean rom-com No Secret (비밀은 없어 in Korean) will premiere in May, 2024.
The new JTBC drama will air in the time slot recently vacated by Queen of Divorce (20:50 KST)., and will be the only Wednesday-Thursday drama on Korean TV.
In other words, it’s no secret that (sorry!) the absence of competition on other networks might help make what looks a very cool drama even more popular than it may have been.

The No Secret staff and cast
No Secret, by the way, is directed by Nevertheless director Jang Ji Yeon, and written by Choi Kyung (2020’s CHIP-IN).
Fans of the superb recent K-dramas Strongest Deliveryman, Love in Contract and Connect will be thrilled, as No Secret stars actor Go Kyung Pyo as male lead Song Ki Baek.
No Secret‘s female lead is the equally wonderful Kang Han Na (Start-Up and My Roommate is a Gumiho) who is starring in her first K-drama since 2022’s Bloody Heart as female lead On Woo Joo.
According to Asian Wiki, the No Secret plot goes something like this:
Song Ki Baek is single and 33 years old. He works as an announcer at a broadcasting station. People consider him an ideal announcer. He is polite and well-mannered.
One day, Song Ki Baek suffers from a disease which causes him to speak without thinking first. He now faces the biggest crisis of his life.
Meanwhile, On Woo Joo is an enthusiastic TV variety show writer. She becomes interested in Song Ki Baek’s harsh language, and so gets him to appear on her variety show.
Alongside Go Kyung Pyo and Kang Han Na, the excellent cast includes Joo Jong Hyuk (Extraordinary Attorney Woo) as Woo Joo’s ex-boyfriend, Ki Baek’s high school classmate, and a superstar entertainer in his own right.
Lee Bom So Ri (currently part of The Midnight Studio cast), Lee Ji Myeong (Gyeongseong Creature), and child actor Lee Si On (Strong Girl Namsoon) are also part of the supporting cast.
The exact premiere date for No Secret in May hasn’t yet been confirmed. We’ll let you know when it is.
