In a quick update, the massively popular Korean drama Queen of Tears is still ranking high up the Netflix Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart this week.
It is the 6th week the Korean rom-com has been on the chart.
A chart it climbed on just a couple of days after its first episode premiered on the streaming platform, and one it hasn’t left since.
This week, Queen of Tears is ranking #3 on the chart, behind the new German crime drama Crooks at #2, and the still at #1 Korean sci-fi horror series Parasyte: The Grey.
The K-drama has fallen one place since it placed at #2 last week, but that’s to be expected as new shows release and Netflix subscribers become curious about what they’re like.
Queen of Tears made it to #3 on the chart, by the way, as it was still watched 4.4 million times last week, for a total number of hours viewed worldwide of 64.8 million.

And, if that wasn’t enough, the drama’s male lead Kim Soo Hyu was just named #1 on the Brand Reputation Rankings for Drama Actors for April, 2024, while his co-star Kim Ji Won was at #4.
